Chinese Pears still bring the highest competition, even though their prices is high. Other competition are a few stocks of South African pears only in several stores.

Indonesian consumers prioritise quality, Halal assurance, and affordability when selecting brands, according to Mastercard and CrescentRating's latest report. The Ramadhan festive display dominated retail stores and featured festive food such as dates from various countries, snacks and any sweet products like cordials and syrup. Muslims usually look for fruits with lots of juices, such as Watermelon, Grapes and Citrus during Ramadhan.
